Open Birthday Post

For most of Clint's life, his birthday has not been a very big deal to just about anybody. When he was really little, there were cupcakes, and sometimes games and once (he thinks) friends, but that didn't last long, and the group home was not big on birthdays, and in the circus nobody really cared, and since then...well, as you get older, birthdays just stop being as big of a deal.

At least, that's what he always tells himself. And that's why he never tells anybody when his birthday is. Doesn't matter anyway. It's just another year.

"Ohhh you think we can get a jungle sound track playing in here at night." He grins. "But yeah Park all day, treehouse sex all night. Sadly I have no loincloth to wear for you." He snorts kissing Clint a little deeper then before.

Clint leans into the kiss, making a low, pleased noise in the back of his throat. "You can just go all natural on me, babe. No loincloth required."

Bucky makes an amused sound, "Good to know..." He smiles against the man's lips, his hands moving to get Clint's shirt off.

Clint chuckles and kisses him before helping to get his shirt off. "Thought we were getting dinner..."

Bucky smiles and pulls back and goes back to looking at the menu. "Alright we can eat." His voice warm and teasing. "You think the mozzarella burger is shaped like Micky?"

Clint settles against him, fingers teasing under the hem of his shirt. "I think anything that's usually round is gonna be shaped like Mickey."

"Mmm mouse burgers." He laughs leaning into the touches, smirking at Clint a little. "You know what you want?"

"Steak!" Clint says with a laugh. "For my birthday."

[not_a_commie]

"Aw and hear I thought you where going to say me." He laughs but gets up and moves over the phone and calls room service. "Yeah Hi, room service please? Stake for the birthday boy and a mozzarella burger." Laughs warm and easy vacation mode starting to kick in.

"You're dessert," Clint says, grinning and settling against Bucky a little more.

Bucky laughs and he's pretty sure the guy taking their order heard Clint. "Uh huh okay thanks." He hangs up and puts an arm around Clint. "I shoulda ordered a can of whiped cream to go with your dessert then." He gives Clint a slight wink.

"20 minutes, I am actually really fucking hungry." He says easily, consider the flight and getting here it's not surprising.

Clint grins. "I'm sure we can work something out. It's not to late to get whipped cream. Or ice cream. Or cake. Or..."

He laughs. "Okay, I'm really fucking hungry too."

"Could get cake... cake is always fun." He says pulling off his sneakers and socks and tossing them toward their bags. "It might kill me if our food is micky shaped." He chuckles a little.

"Then you are really not gonna do well in the park tomorrow," Clint says with a grin.

Bucky snorts, "I expect it at the park with the sweets and things." He says easily, but a stake?" He says and there is a soft tap on the door and a call of room service.

He goes over and the bell hop pushes in the try and sets the dishes on the table, and Bucky gives him a tip before he leaves.

"Soups on." He smiles.

"This is basically just a mini version of the park," Clint says, laughing and sitting up when the bellhop comes in.

"Is it mouse-shaped?"

"Surprisingly... no. It looks all fancy, and Micky is around the edge of the plates." He laughs, setting up the food on the table and starts doctoring up his burger. "Smells fucking fantastic... Pluto is on your plate."

"Because steak is clearly a Pluto meal," Clint says with a grin, settling himself in with his dinner.

"You ever wonder about Pluto?" Bucky asks taking a bite of his buger and groaning at how good it is.

"What about him?" Clint asks, watching Bucky with obvious interest.

[not_a_commie]

"Well I mean it's a world of sentient animals, Goofy is a dog... and Pluto is a dog, but he's not like the others, he's Micky's pet... I mean it seems kind of odd to me, is he like their slow friend that they mistreat?" Bucky laughs eating a french fry.

"Aw, man," Clint says, making a face around his bite of steak. "You just ruined Pluto for me."

[not_a_commie]

"Nooo." Bucky says laughing shaking his head, his hair falling into his face. "I didn't mean to ruin anything, I just wanted you to laugh... okay no he's just Micky's loyal dog." He laughs grinning at Clint a little.

"Nope," Clint says, shaking his head, lips twitching a bit. "Too late. He's always gonna be the slow kid they make wear a collar."

"Aw man." He laughs taking another bite of his burger tying not to smirk. "Just don't say that to guy in the suit tomorrow." He snorts taking a sip of his beer.
