Open Birthday Post

For most of Clint's life, his birthday has not been a very big deal to just about anybody. When he was really little, there were cupcakes, and sometimes games and once (he thinks) friends, but that didn't last long, and the group home was not big on birthdays, and in the circus nobody really cared, and since then...well, as you get older, birthdays just stop being as big of a deal.

At least, that's what he always tells himself. And that's why he never tells anybody when his birthday is. Doesn't matter anyway. It's just another year.

Clint laughs. "Yeah, I always have to walk past these ones..."

"Not today..." He laughs flopping down into the seat, and yeah with how he's dressed and the shaggy hair he doesn't really fit in. "Last time I was in a plane with this much room... I was jumping out of it."

He grins and drops into the seat next to Bucky. "Let's hope this one doesn't end that way."

"Yeah the only thrill I am looking for this trip, is sex and roller coasters." he gives Clint a wink, and snorts at the seat belt sign. He gets them for cars he really does, but no so much for planes... unless your flying into a combat zone... and even then.

"Lots of sex, lots of roller coasters," Clint agrees, settling in comfortably before even looking at the seat belt.

He reaches over lifts the arm rest between their seats and takes Clint's hand, leaning back in the seat a little. "Happy birthday."

Clint smiles over at him, more relaxed than he's been in a while. "Thanks, babe."

"It's no trouble." He grins and leans over and kisses Clint, slow and easy.

"Liar," Clint teases and then leans in for another kiss.

[not_a_commie]

"Shhh lets live in the illution that this was easy to plan." He laughs against Clint's lips easy and warm.

"I'll keep my mouth shut on that," he says, leaning his forehead against Bucky's and only pulling back when the flight attendant comes by for their drink orders.

"You better." He grins a little bumping his leg against Clint's.

He orders a Dr. Pepper, even though it feels to early for soda, but fuck it he's on vacation.

He settles in pulling the tablet out of his back pack to play a couple of games of scrabble with Clint before falling asleep.

Clint orders a beer just for the hell of it. He doesn't fall asleep, at least not for more than a few minutes at a time, mostly just because he's too jazzed about the whole trip to relax that much.

Bucky doesn't sleep too much, he never does when he's flying. He grins at Clint though as the pilot announces the decent into LAX. "Here we go." He laughs a little.

Clint can't help laughing at that grin. "God, you are way too old to be this excited for Disney."

"Shut up... never been on a real vacation before... and I am not the one that has all the fancy dvd's." He says, but he smiles and leans over and kisses Clint. "You want the stoic assassin on this trip?" He asks making a serious face but there is humor hidden behind it.

"DVDs are not fancy, babe," he says with a laugh. He pokes Bucky when he puts on his serious face. "If you keep up that face, we can go to the front of every line. Between the two of us, we can be terrifying."

"You do get the fancy ones... I don't know." He laughs serious face falling away. "Yes terrifying small children and families is what we do best, you're resting face is pretty terrifying." He snorts poking Clint back in the ribs.

"Isn't that why we're going to Disney? To scare everybody away?"

He carefully relaxes his face for about five seconds before laughing.

Bucky laughs and shakes his head a little. "Yeah that's why we are going, not to ride rides, but to terrify small children." He snorts and bounces a little in his seat as the plane touches down.

"Damn right it is," he says with a grin, reaching for Bucky's hand.

Bucky laces his fingers through Clint's as the plane taxis to the gate. He stands up and stretches a little, once the seat belt light goes off.

"There's a shuttle we can take to the hotel." He says raising his arms above his head. "Once we get our shit." He laughs.

"Sounds good," he says, shifting a little and getting up to stretch.

They aren't the only couple on the shuttle which is kind of nice, though there are a couple of families too.

When it finally pulls up to the hotel, Bucky is kind of surprised to see Micky out side. He knew they where staying at one of Disney's places but he thought the character where just a park thing.

"So are we going to take all the ridiculous pictures or be serious adults." He smirks a little.

"Oh, like we're gonna be all serious adults," Clint says, trying not to grin and failing.
